The squeeze cast propeller has a finer grain than a die-cast propeller and is almost non-porous. There are four coats of paint on Rubex aluminum propellers. Better coatings and a high-tech painting method have assured excellent anti-corrosion performance. Aluminum blade propellers are 100% tested in a saltwater spray tank for over 500 hours. This testing replicates six months of regular saltwater use.
